How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Our primary shipping method is via Royal Mail 1st class, so orders can be expected in 1-5 working days depending on how busy Royal Mail is and where you live. We also offer a faster shipping service via Hermes, which you can upgrade to at checkout.


What is your return and exchange policy?
If you or the recipient are not 100% satisfied with your card, we offer a no questions refund policy. If you would like to exchange your card, all you have to do is send your card back and we are more than happy to send you another card. Free shipping of course. How do I change my shipping address?
If you have placed an order and have realised you entered the incorrect shipping address, please don’t worry, we are here to help. Just fill out the form on the Contact Us page as soon as you can and if we haven’t already shipped your order, we will change the address for you.


How do I track the status of my order?
All of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class, so unfortunately there is no tracking with this service. However, if you would like to have tracking, we do offer Courier tracked service, which you can choose at checkout for an extra fee.


How do I receive customer support?
We’re here to help should you have any questions or queries. All customer support is dealt with via email. We do this so both you and CardPop have digital copies of our communications which help resolve any issues quicker. All you have to do is complete the form on this page and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 business day.


What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Do you ship to my country?
At the moment, we are experiencing significant issues with international shipping, so we are only shipping to the UK until international shipping become more reliable.


Will my items come in one package?
If you order more than one item, we will package them all together so they all arrive together in one nice little package!
