Orders and Shipping
We offer FREE UK shipping on all orders, ALWAYS. We ship via Royal Mail 1st class so orders can be expected in 1-4 working days, depending on how busy Royal Mail is and where you live.
All you have to do is go to https://www.cardpop.co.uk/my-account/ and register.
If you have placed an order and have realised you entered the incorrect shipping address, please don’t worry, we are here to help. Just fill out the form on the contact page and if we haven’t already shipped your order, we will change the address for you.
All of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class, so unfortunately there is no tracking with this service. However, if you would like to have tracking, we do offer Royal Mail tracked & signed service, which you can choose at checkout.
No. We don’t hold any of your payment details at CardPop. However, there is an option to save your card details. These are then securely held with our payment gateway Stripe.
We don’t add any taxes on top of your order total. All taxes including VAT are included in the total advertised price.
We ship throughout the UK which will always be free, even if you order 1 card.
We also ship worldwide and have many happy customers all over the world. When you place your order, your shipping will be calculated at checkout.
If you order more than 1 card, we will package them all together so they all arrive together in one nice little package 🙂

If you or the recipient are not 100% satisfied with your card, we offer a no questions refund policy. If you would like to exchange your card, all you have to do is send your card back and we are more than happy to send you another card. Free shipping of course.
If you have received the incorrect card design, firstly, please accept our apologies and we will take care of this for you.
Just head over to the contact page and let us know about the error and we will send you the correct card design straight away. With free shipping of course.
If your order has arrived with some cosmetic damage, please accept our apologies, we will get this corrected for you.
