We offer FREE UK shipping on all orders, ALWAYS. We ship via Royal Mail 1st class so orders can be expected in 1-4 working days, depending on how busy Royal Mail is and where you live.

If you or the recipient are not 100% satisfied with your card, we offer a no questions refund policy. If you would like to exchange your card, all you have to do is send your card back and we are more than happy to send you another card. Free shipping of course.

If you have placed an order and have realised you entered the incorrect shipping address, please don’t worry, we are here to help. Just fill out the form on this page and if we haven’t already shipped  your order, we will change the address for you. 

All of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class, so unfortunately there is no tracking with this service. However, if you would like to have tracking, we do offer Royal Mail tracked & signed service, which you can choose at checkout.
